What pulse valve problems do you need to solve?

A pulse valve is a specialized valve used to control airflow and is commonly used in pulse cleaning systems within dust removal systems. Its operating principle is to rapidly open and close the valve over a short period of time, releasing high-pressure gas pulses to clean dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag or cartridge.

Common problems and solutions for pulse valve

(1) Pulse valve torsion spring damage. The spring on the pulse valve core is easily damaged, resulting in the pulse valve constantly releasing air to the gas generator port. The solution is to replace the torsion spring.

(2) Pulse valve leather gasket damage. After a long period of use, the leather gasket on the pulse valve core is easily damaged, resulting in the pulse valve constantly releasing air to the gas generator port. The solution is to replace the leather gasket.

(3) Pulse valve core dirt. Because the air inlet is not cleaned, dirt accumulates on the valve core, resulting in the phenomenon of the injection port constantly releasing air or the pulse valve not working after power is supplied. The solution is to clean the valve core.

(4) Pulse valve pulse damper damage. After long-term operation, the pulse damper is prone to fatigue, air oxidation, etc., resulting in the phenomenon of the pressure relief port constantly releasing air and the pulse valve not working. The solution is to replace the pulse damper.

(5) The throttle hole of the pulse valve is blocked or damaged. If the air inlet is not cleaned, it is easy to cause the throttle hole to be blocked. The phenomenon is that the pulse valve releases air to the gasifier port for a long time. The solution is to clean the throttle hole; the throttle hole is damaged or missing, causing the throttle hole to lose its interception function, resulting in abnormal pressure release. The phenomenon is that the pulse valve has a movement after power is supplied, and the pressure relief port releases air, but the pulse valve does not start the gasifier. The solution is to replace the throttle hole.
