Liquid filter bags are widely used in food and beverage, biomedical, petrochemical, water treatment and electronic plating and other industries, mainly used to remove suspended particles in the liquid, grease or chemical impurities.
Liquid filter bags are available in PP/PE/PTFE and NYLON with different usage scenarios.
Nylon liquid filter bag is suitable for water, juice, oil, wine and other liquid filtration, using food-grade raw materials, neat grid, good filtration effect, can be repeatedly cleaned and used, the use of low cost.
PTFE filter bag has good erosion resistance, temperature resistance can reach 240 degrees Celsius, suitable for demanding filtration environment.
PP needle felt filter bag chemical corrosion resistance and cost-effective, suitable for industrial fluid filtration;
Liquid filter bags can also be divided into oil-absorbing filter bags and particle filter bags according to their use.
Oil-absorbent filter bags are made of high porosity materials and can absorb up to 12-20 times of its own weight, which are suitable for automobile manufacturing and wastewater treatment industries;
Seamless filter bags are heat-melted to ensure that the filter bag will not leak because of the eye of the needle, and the filtration effect is superior.

Dust filter bag is the core component of industrial flue gas purification, suitable for steel smelting, cement production, electric power and waste incineration and other high-temperature, high-dust working conditions.
Dust filter bag can be classified according to the use of temperature, each temperature has a different applicable materials:
Normal temperature type (≤130℃): PP, PE, acrylic
Medium-temperature type (180-210℃): PPS, Metas
High temperature type (260-500 ℃): P84, PTFE, glass fibre
According to the classification of filtration method, it can be divided into internal filter type and external filter type:
Pulse jet filter bag includes round bag and flat bag, during filtration, the dusty airflow flows from the outside of the filter bag to the inside of the filter bag, and the dust layer gathers on the outside surface of the filter bag. The diameter of round filter bag is 114-200mm and the length is 2-9m, and the specification of flat filter bag is 1000*2000mm, and the accessories of pulse jet filter bag include venturi, bag cage and snap ring.
The reverse air filter bag is generally a round bag, when filtration, the dust gas flow from the inside of the bag to the outside of the bag, the dust layer gathered in the inner surface of the bag. The accessories of the reverse air filter bag mainly include the installation of bag cap, clamp, ring device and so on.
