Successful Delivery of 900 Customized MERV8 Filter Bags to a Canadian Customer

In January this year, we received an inquiry from a customer in Canada. The customer was looking for a MERV8 filter bag and sent us a sample for checking.

At the beginning, we made samples with our regular MERV8 filter media. After comparison, we found the material was different from the customer's sample. The filter bag they were using was made with a composite material and had one extra layer on the outside.

Because the customer wanted the new filter bags to be as close as possible to the current ones, we started to look for another material. It took us some time to find a suitable option. After testing different materials, we selected a double-layer media and made new samples.

The customer checked the new samples and was satisfied with the result. Then we moved to mass production.

During this period, the cost of raw materials changed several times because of the international market situation. Even under this condition, we tried our best to keep a stable price for the customer and did not reduce the product quality.

Now the first order of 900 pcs customized MERV8 filter bags has been finished and delivered successfully.
