Working Principle:

The electromagnetic pulse diaphragm valve consists of two gas chambers. When compressed air is connected, the airflow enters the back gas chamber through the orifice.

The pressure within the gas chamber on the back tightly presses the diaphragm against the valve outlet, and the solenoid valve remains in the "closed" state.

The electrical signal from the pulse jet control device drives the moving iron core of the electromagnetic pulse valve to move. The exhaust port of the back air chamber opens, causing the pressure in the back air chamber to rapidly decrease. As a result, the diaphragm resets, and compressed air is ejected through the valve outlet. The electromagnetic pulse valve thus enters the "on" state.

When the electrical signal of the pulse jet control device disappears, the moving iron core of the electromagnetic pulse valve resets. The exhaust port of the back chamber closes, and the pressure in the back chamber rises, pushing the diaphragm to tightly press against the valve outlet. The solenoid valve enters the "closed" state again.
