The DMF-Z-40S pulse valve is a right-angle valve used in the pulse-jet cleaning system of pulse-jet baghouse dust collectors. It is highly effective for cleaning a wide range of filter elements, including round bags, envelope bags, irregularly shaped bags, and metal fibre bags, as well as filter cartridges, ceramic tubes, and sintered plastic plates. The pulse valve can be connected to air reservoirs and dust collector blowpipes to create the required cleaning air pulses.
The valve has a right-angle design with inlet and outlet ports at a 90-degree angle. The valve body and cover are made of die-cast aluminium alloy with a corrosion-resistant surface treatment, and the diaphragm uses a metal-rubber composite seal. It works by having a diaphragm separating the front and rear air chambers. When an electromagnetic signal is activated, the rear chamber is vented to start the pulse jet. Electromagnetic pulse valves have a simple structure, are cheap, are easy to install and maintain, respond quickly, and don't use much power. It can operate in temperatures ranging from -10°C to 55°C, and it's designed to last for 2-3 years or 1 million opening/closing cycles.

The DMF-Z pulse valve is a right-angle valve with a 90-degree angle between its inlet and outlet. It is suitable for installation and connection between air storage tanks and dust collection blow pipes, ensuring smooth airflow and providing a pulse cleaning airflow that meets specifications.
Electromagnetic pulse valves have high requirements for media cleanliness; media containing particulates are not suitable for use, and any impurities must be filtered out first. Additionally, viscous media are not suitable for use.
