Technical requirements for right-angle pulse solenoid valves

Right-angle pulse solenoid valves are the compressed air "switch" of the pulse bag dust collector's dust cleaning and blowing system. The right-angle pulse solenoid valve is directly installed on the air bag, has better longitudinal blowing, and has less loss of working air source. It is suitable for places with a wide range of air source pressure. The electromagnetic pulse valve is a right-angle valve with an angle of 90° between its inlet and outlet. It is suitable for the installation of the air storage cylinder and the dust removal blowing pipe, with smooth air flow and can provide dust cleaning gas pulses that meet the requirements.

Process requirements:

1. The working pressure of the product is 0.1MPa~0.7MPa, and the medium is air that has been treated with oil and water removal.

2. Under the nominal air source pressure of the product, when the working voltage of the right-angle pulse solenoid valve is 85% of the rated voltage, the corresponding opening time of the electromagnetic pulse valve should be less than 0.03s.

3. When the working air source pressure is 0.1MPa, the pulse valve can be closed.

4. The product should be able to withstand a gas source pressure of 0.8MPa.

5. Under specified environmental conditions, the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the shell should be greater than 1MΩ.

6. Under the condition of room temperature of 5 degrees to 35 degrees and relative humidity not exceeding 85%, the electromagnetic coil can withstand a voltage of 50Hz and 250V to the shell for 1 minute without breakdown.

7. The right-angle pulse solenoid valve should be able to work normally after withstanding vibration with a frequency of 20Hz, a full amplitude of 2mm and a duration of 30 minutes.

8. Under normal application conditions, the cumulative application of the diaphragm should be greater than 1 million times.

9. The surface of the valve has no coating peeling, scratches, burrs and other damage.

10. The air supply pressure of the large-caliber ultra-low pressure electromagnetic pulse valve for rotary spraying is less than 0.1Mpa, and compressed air is used. It is not affected by the simultaneous use of gas in the pipeline network, and the operation is stable and reliable.
