Winning RABH filter bag tenders in Russian Market

In May, we assisted our Russian customer to take the tender order for alkali-free glass fibre filter bags for reverse air baghouse dust collector. Our engineers carefully translated and analysed the Russian documents provided by the customer, provided the lowest price we could offer according to the drawings, and finally won the order.

Reverse air blown baghouse filter bags, also known as RABH filter bags, are different from ordinary pulse baghouse filter bags in that the dirty air is blown in from underneath the filter bag. Accessories for reverse air cleaning filter bags include anti-deflating rigid rings, bag caps, tensioning devices, clamps, filter bag compression devices, filter bag frames and so on. The following describes the role of these accessories.

In order to increase the strength of the filter bag and facilitate the reverse airflow cleaning, RABH filter bag every 600-900mm (large bag spacing of 1000-1400m) with aluminium, stainless steel or plastic rigid ring. However, the filter bag made in this way is not convenient to change the sewing and mending, if the filter bag spacing is too small, vibration is easy to produce mutual friction, easy to damage the filter bag.

Bag cap is used to fix the filter bag, generally made of 0.5mm steel plate or stainless steel plate stamping.

The tensioning device is mainly used to reduce the wear and tear of the filter bag and prevent the bag from folding, and it mainly relies on the spring to generate tension.

The clamp is used to fix the filter bag on the short tube on the flower plate, the material is 0.5mm thick galvanised iron or stainless steel.

The filter bag compression device is suitable for the case where the filter bag is short and the pressure difference between the front and back of the filter bag is large.

The filter bag frame is used to maintain the shape of the filter bag. Inside filter bags such as reverse air and pulse cleaner bags, the air flow is from the outside of the bag to the inside of the bag, so there must be a skeleton to prevent the bag from shaking.
