Customized Air Tank for Alstom Optipow 135 Pulse Valve

If you use Alstom Optipow 135 pulse valves, it has become more and more difficult to find the original replacement parts, as some of the original air tanks are no longer available. We recently solved this problem by making a special Optipow 135 air tank for a Russian customer. It was made exactly as it was in the original Alstom drawings.

The Optipow 135 pulse valve is used a lot in industrial dust collection systems, especially in fabric filter and baghouse applications. It is designed to clean pulses efficiently and normally uses a round pressure tank. The valve is known for its small size, fast response, and reliable cleaning performance under working pressures of up to around 6 bar.

Our custom-made Alstom Optipow 135 air tank is the same size and works with the same connections as the original, so it will fit with your existing dust collector systems. Every air tank is tested during production to make sure that it is sealed properly. The tank can maintain 4 bar pressure for half an hour without losing pressure, which makes sure it works stably and reliably and that pulse cleaning works well.
