The SCG353A047 pulse valve controls the release of compressed air during a dust collector cleaning cycle. The diaphragm opens for the cleaning pulse and closes between cycles, working with the pulse controller to sequence filter bag cleaning.
The SCG353A047 combines an aluminum valve body, an NBR diaphragm and an integral solenoid pilot. The 1.5 inch threaded inlet and outlet are arranged at a right angle for connection to the dust collector air piping.

An electrical signal opens the solenoid pilot, releasing pressure above the diaphragm. The pressure difference lifts the diaphragm and allows compressed air to pass through the valve. When the signal ends, pressure builds above the diaphragm again and closes the valve.
The SCG353A047 delivers the air pulse used to remove dust from filter bags. A pulse controller operates the valves in sequence to clean the filter rows. Typical applications include dust collection in grain handling, concrete processing and metalworking.
