The upper part controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. If the diaphragm, solenoid or spring is worn, you only need to replace the upper half instead of the whole valve. This saves cost and downtime. The top part of the pump is made from high-quality aluminium, durable rubber and a reliable solenoid. This ensures that the pulse jet performs well, responds quickly and lasts for a long time. As a manufacturer, we supply full valves and split parts—the upper part and lower part—to meet your maintenance needs.
Size: 1.5 inch
Fit for: ASCO 353 series 1.5” pulse valves
Material: Diecast aluminum, NBR diaphragm, stainless steel springs
Working pressure: 0.3–0.8 MPa
Temperature range: -5°C to +85°C
Media: Clean compressed air
Structure: Solenoid, diaphragm assembly, springs, top cover
Application: Dust collector pulse jet cleaning systems
1. Check all parts carefully before installation. Make sure no damage occurred during transportation.
2. Clean the air pipeline thoroughly with compressed air before installation. Confirm the airflow direction and pipe connection are correct before mounting the pulse valve.
3. Apply suitable lubricant to all O-rings during installation. This ensures better sealing performance and longer service life.
4. The solenoid coil has three pins with a dedicated plug. One pin with the ground symbol is for earthing. Grounding is required when the working voltage is over 36V; grounding is optional below 36V. Connect the other two power pins correctly to the pulse jet controller terminals and common valve wire. Always confirm the voltage matches the valve requirements.
5. The air manifold and connecting pipes should be prepared by the user. The air tank must provide stable air supply for normal pulse valve operation. Keep the inner wall clean, free of rust and debris, ensure no air leakage, and meet all safety standards.
6. The standard sealing parts between the pulse valve, air tank and blowing pipe work from -10℃ to 70℃. If high-temperature resistance is required, please specify when placing your order.
