Product Feature

Qingdao Star Machine's Dewatering Filter Bag are available in PE/PP/NMO and PTFE. Our filter bag use high-quality raw materials and can provide good filtration performance. PTFE is prefect for corrosion liquid, because it can handle high temperatures of up to 260°C as well as strong acids and alkalis. PP is great for regular fluid pre-treatment because it's cheap and resistant to solvents. All materials are tested for biosafety, so there is no risk of fibre shedding or chemical migration.

Filtration precision ranges from 0.5 micron to 300 micron, supporting multi-stage filtration needs from coarse filtration to ultra-microfiltration. We use a deep gradient filtration technology (like a needle felt structure) to achieve high dirt-holding capacity and low differential pressure through three-dimensional fibre layers, while the surface is burnished to prevent secondary contamination. The Dewatering Filter Bag seams are fully heat welded, so you don't have to worry about side leaks like you would with traditional wire seams. This also makes sure the seams are sealed and durable.
