Material performance of PE water Drainage Filter Cloths: acid and weak alkali resistance. Good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and recovery, but poor conductivity. Polyester fibers generally have a temperature resistance of 130-150 ℃. Product Feature And Applications

1.Polyester long fiber Drainage Filter Cloth is made by twisting the fiber, which enhances the strength and durability of polyester filament. After special treatment, it is more than twice as strong as a normal filter cloth. Polyester long fibers has smooth surface, good abrasion resistance and high strength. Compared with polyester short fiber, polyester long fiber is more waterproof, abrasion resistant and easy to clean.

2.Polypropylene Drainage Filter Cloth is divided into short fiber and long fiber types. Longer fibers have higher fracture strength and better breathability, while shorter fibers provide better pressure filtration due to their hair-like surfaces. polypropylene long fibers, smooth surface, good breathability, suitable for unfiltered powder, improved filtration efficiency.

3.Nylon fiber Drainage Filter Cloth has high strength and excellent elasticity. It has excellent wear resistance, making it one of the strongest synthetic fibres, even used in car tyres. Nylon resistant to strong alkalis and weak acid, but sensitive to sunlight, easy to cause discoloration and brittle. Therefore, nylon filter should not be exposed to direct sunlight for long.

4. We also offer vinylon Drainage Filter Cloth. Vinylon, also known as polyvinyl alcohol fiber, is similar to cotton and has the highest moisture absorption of any synthetic fiber. Although it has good chemical stability and sun resistance, it is not resistant to strong acids and alkalis.
