G353A041 is a normally closed pulse valve for the compressed-air side of a dust collector. Its aluminum angle body connects the air supply to the blowpipe through G3/4 threaded ports. The G1/8 connection on the bonnet runs to a separate pilot valve.
When the remote pilot opens, it vents the chamber above the diaphragm. The pressure difference lifts the diaphragm and releases a short burst of air into the blowpipe. After the pilot closes, pressure builds above the diaphragm again and the main valve shuts.
In a pulse jet baghouse with G3/4 threaded valve connections, the G353A041 delivers cleaning air to the filter row served by its blowpipe. A controller can trigger the separate pilots in sequence so that each row receives its own cleaning pulse. The pulse loosens dust from the filter bags so it can fall into the hopper.
| Feature | Specification |
|---|---|
| Main ports | G3/4 threaded |
| Remote pilot port | G1/8 |
| Valve design | Single-stage diaphragm |
| Function | 2/2 normally closed |
| Body | Aluminum |
| Service | Compressed-air filter cleaning |
The G1/8 bonnet port connects to the pilot line. The G3/4 main ports connect the valve to the cleaning-air piping.
The controller switches the separate pilot solenoid. The G353A041 main valve responds to the resulting pressure change in the pilot line.
Check the pipe end where it meets the valve. G353A041 screws onto a matching G3/4 connection. A plain blowpipe held by a compression nut uses a different fitting arrangement.
