Application Scope

RCA3D2 Pilot Valve is suitable for all Goyen pneumatic control pulse valves and is compatible with various pulse dust removal systems in Goyen environments. This ensures that it can operate stably in harsh conditions.

RCA3D2 Pilot Valve Installation Instructions

1. Installation hole requirements: Drill installation holes with a diameter of ф19.3 - 19.4mm on the installation plate of the pilot valve.

2. Installation plate thickness: The thickness of the installation steel plate must exceed 1.5mm to ensure installation strength.

3. Sealing and Assembly:

a. Before tightening the nuts, ensure that the O-ring is properly installed to guarantee sealing performance.

b.It is recommended to assemble the electromagnetic coil onto the pilot valve before installing the pilot valve to improve installation efficiency.

4. Voltage requirements: To ensure normal operation of the pulse valve, the input voltage of the solenoid valve must be maintained within the range of -10% to +15% of the coil voltage.

Model Specifications: Please refer to the K-parameters in the Q-type electromagnetic coil data sheet and select the specific model based on voltage requirements.

Example:

•RCA3D0 - 300 = 1/8" NPT inlet port, voltage 200/240VAC, with DIN terminal block.

•RCA3D1 - 336 = 1/8" BSPP inlet port, voltage 24VDC, with screw terminal wiring (suitable for electromagnetic assembly boxes).

•K0380: Includes Nitrile O-ring seals, armature, springs, and pushrod assembly.

•K0384: Includes Viton material seals and all components from K0380.
